Dyna-Band Workout (62175)

Increase your strength and mobility using Dyna-bands. Dyna-bands or resistance bands (long latex strips) are used to increase muscle strength. Learn to properly perform exercises using the bands in combination with chair aerobics and gentle stretching. Workouts include a cool down time with gentle stretching and breathing. This class includes Arthritis exercise program.
