Refund and Cancellation Policy 

• Full refunds are issued for classes canceled by IVC.
• If you are unable to attend a class, please call the Exteded Education Office at least three (3) full buisness days before the class begins. Your registation fee will be refunded, less a $10 service charge. 
• No refunds or class transfers on the day the class begins.
• Missed classes are not refundable.
• No make-up classes.
