This immersive sound healing session is designed to help participants release stress, reset their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves through intentional frequencies. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, sound vibrations work through the body to help reduce anxiety, improve sleep, balance emotions, and enhance mental clarity. This course is ideal for anyone seeking natural stress relief, emotional healing, or deeper self-awareness. No experience necessary.
Parking permits are required for this class. Parking at IVC is $5 per day.
Please bring a yoga mat and an eye cover. Wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring pillows and blankets for added comfort.
The class will meet on the satellite campus of Irvine Valley College, IVC at ATEP, 1624 Valencia Avenue, Tustin.
Class will begin on time, please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get ready for class.
The class is being offered multiple time during the fall semester.
