Join the fun at Strategic Kids STEAM Camp! During the week, students will have a combination of enrichment programs including LEGO, Chess, Cartooning, Origami, Magic and more!
LEGO
: Boost your child’s creativity and imagination with our STEAM-based LEGO programming! Our LEGO programs range from storytelling-themed instruction to instruction about engineering development principles. We ensure our LEGO program is both entertaining and educational in each session. Don’t let your child miss out!
CHESS
: Our educational and engaging Chess program brings this ancient game to life! We design our curriculum to benefit beginners and seasoned players, so anyone is encouraged to join. Our program features new lessons each session, friendly gameplay, and opportunities to build new friendships!
CARTOONING
: A unique activity that improves artistic ability and teaches storytelling techniques, as it helps kids express ideas visually and in sequence. Our program keeps it simple by teaching children how to create cartoon characters step-by-step, with themes ranging from sea creatures to geometric shapes!
ORIGAMI
: Our Origami program introduces your child to the mesmerizing Japanese art form and culture! Our instructors guide your little ones through each step, ensuring they master the precise folds and intricate techniques to create stunning origami masterpieces. From adorable animals like dogs and cats to objects like samurai helmets and ninja stars, they’ll bring captivating creations to life!
MAGIC:
An extraordinary program designed to captivate young minds while teaching them essential life skills. Our program's curriculum lets children embark on a thrilling journey where they master new tricks each week that they perform in front of their peers! In Magic, your little ones will learn mesmerizing tricks that leave everyone spellbound!
$10 materials fee payable at first class.
4-day morning camp
Please bring snacks and water daily.
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
Please bring sweater/sweatshirt, classroom may get cold.
Class will be held in person at Irvine Valley College.
